Questions

Do the people who sign need an account?
No. Signers never need an account, an app or a seat. Plans count the people in your team who send.
What counts as a document?
Each document you send for signature, however many people sign it. Your allowance is given each month and shown here per year. Unused documents don’t roll over to the next month, and voided documents count.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Buy a top-up of 100 documents for $15, which never expire and are used only once the month’s allowance is gone, or wait for the next month. Everything you’ve already sent keeps working and can still be signed.
What does “lifetime” mean?
One payment, for as long as EasySign runs, for the organisation that bought it. There’s no renewal, and a plan can’t be transferred to another organisation.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 30 days of buying, ask us and we’ll refund you in full.
Why does Free send only to myself?
So it can’t be used to send spam or phishing to strangers. On Free you can send to yourself and the people in your team to try everything out. Buy a plan to send to anyone.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You pay the difference between what you paid for your plan and the price of the new one.
Why is the API only on Pro and Team?
The REST API, webhooks and AI agents (MCP) let you send at volume from your own systems, so they come with Pro and above.
How long are signed documents kept?
Signed documents and certificates are kept for 7 years in write-once storage. Everyone who took part has their own copy by email, and you can download them from your dashboard at any time.
