Get documents signed by email, from a business your customers can trust.

Upload a PDF or use a template, send it to one person or several in order, and everyone gets a sealed copy with a certificate of completion. Verify your business and your customers see its name with a Verified mark, so they know the request is really from you.

Every completed document is sealed. Change one character and the seal no longer matches.

How it works

  1. Prepare the document

Upload your own PDF and mark where each person fills in and signs, or start from a template you saved. Gyms and studios can use the ready-made membership freeze form.

  2. They sign

Each person gets an email link, enters a one-time code, agrees to sign electronically, reviews the document and signs by typing or drawing. No account or app needed.

  3. Everyone gets the record

The signed PDF and its certificate of completion arrive as email attachments, sealed so any later change is detectable.

Your customers can see who really sent it

Fake signing requests are a favourite phishing trick. EasySign shows a business name only after checking it, and says plainly when a sender isn’t verified.

  • A verified business’s name, with a Verified mark, is on the email, the signing page and the PDF. It comes from your verified profile, never from the request.
  • Verification is instant when your sign-in email matches your website’s domain, or with a DNS record. Otherwise our team reviews it.
  • Until then you can still send. Recipients see your email address instead of a business name, and that the sender isn’t verified.
  • Names that imitate banks, carriers, government bodies or e-signature brands can’t send to anyone outside their team until our team reviews them.
  • Emails come from “Your Business via EasySign”, from a domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up.

Several signers, in the right order

Up to 10 people on one document: signers, approvers, and people who just get the signed copy.

  • Choose who signs together and who signs after them: a buyer and co-buyer at once, then the seller.
  • Later signers see what earlier ones entered, like an offer price and signatures, before they sign. You can hide it.
  • Approvers review the document and approve or decline, without signing.
  • Each email says whose turn it is and who has already signed. Anyone can decline, with a reason.
  • Every person verifies their own email and gives their own consent, and each is recorded on the certificate.

What your customer sees

No account, no app. Just a short, clear path from your email to a signed copy in their inbox.

  • An email from you, with a link that expires after 7 days by default (you can choose 1 to 30).
  • A six-digit code sent to the same address before the document opens.
  • A plain-language agreement to sign electronically, including how to get a paper copy.
  • The whole document to review, then a typed or drawn signature, on a phone or computer.
  • Their own signed copy and certificate, attached to the confirmation email.

The record you keep

Every completed document produces two files.

Signed PDF
Your original pages, with each signature, initials and the details entered added on top. Nothing is retyped.
Certificate of completion
Who signed and who approved, how each person was verified, their consent, IP address and device, and every step from sending to completion. Each step is linked to the one before it, so a removed or edited step shows.

Both files are digitally sealed, with an independent timestamp where available, so any change after signing is detectable. We keep them for 7 years in write-once storage, encrypted with AWS KMS in the United States.

Anyone you share them with can check them at easysignit.com/verify. Some PDF readers show the seal’s identity as “unknown” because EasySign uses its own certificate; the verify page confirms it’s ours and that nothing changed.

Run it as a team

Everything you need to keep paperwork moving, without chasing it by hand.

  • Roles and businesses

Owners, admins, senders and viewers. Several businesses in one account, and control over who can send as each.

  • Templates

Save a document with its fields and roles, then send it again in a minute, from the app, the API or an AI agent.

  • Reminders and expiry

Automatic reminders to whoever’s turn it is, and links that expire after 1 to 30 days. Recipients can stop reminders and still sign.

  • One dashboard

Action required, Waiting and Completed, with search. Download up to 50 completed documents and their certificates as one zip.

  • Fix mistakes fast

Correct a mistyped email (the old link stops working at once), resend a link, void a document or send it again.

  • Bounces flagged

If an email bounces or is marked as spam, the recipient is flagged on the document and you’re emailed, so you can fix the address.

For your systems and AI agents

Send documents from your CRM or booking system, or let an AI assistant prepare the paperwork.

Read the developer docs

  • A REST API with scoped keys, safe retries and an OpenAPI 3.1 description.
  • Signed webhooks when a document is sent, viewed, completed, declined, voided, expires or bounces, retried for about 21 hours.
  • An MCP server, so Claude and other AI agents can send templates and track documents.
  • Keys and agents can prepare and send, but never sign. Every action is logged with the key, and the agent, that did it.
